‘Facing Change’ at St. Peter’s Cork

Genio’s  ‘Facing Change’ exhibition comes to St. Peter’s Cork  in September 2019.

The exhibition features 10 portraits and 10 short films of people with disabilities, mental health difficulties, dementia and those who have experienced homelessness. Participants include Cork local John Healy and Kerry-natives Mary O’Sullivan and Mark O’Brien. This exhibition marks 10 years of collaboration between Government and Genio, to help bring about positive and lasting change in the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable people. The portraits were taken by Ruth Medjber whose work has been exhibited extensively in Ireland as well as internationally.

Genio is a non-profit organisation specialising in social service transformation.

Dates: Thursday 26th – Monday 30th September 2019
