The National Sculpture Factory and St. Peter’s Cork present the second public talk in the ‘Cork Conversations’ series.

Stephen Willacy, Chief City architect in Aarhus, Denmark will present ‘Towards a New Culture of Urbanism’. Join us here in St. Peter’s on Wednesday 4th April at 6.30pm. This is a free event with no booking required. Do make sure to arrive early for a seat!

Aarhus in Denmark is known as the ”city of smiles”. Denmark often comes out top of the world’s happiest nations list and Aarhus was recently named the most mindful city in the world! Aarhus City council’s chief architect will share the insights he has gained working with the city in recent years on city making, the role of second tier cities and the role of city architect in supporting and enabling transformation.
